What we collect

When you send an event inquiry, a weekly rental inquiry or a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, organization, event details, requested dates, service requests and any inspiration images you upload.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare pricing and arrange your event. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is stored

Submissions are sent by email to truthultraloungandevent@gmail.com through a secure email delivery service and may be kept in a password-protected inquiry log used by management. Uploaded images are attached to the email and are not published.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
